Here's The Plan
Step 1 - Assessment & Analysis
We begin with a detailed Lifestyle Assessment. This document explores your main health concerns and goals, stressors, health history, eating habits, food preferences, hobbies, work, spirituality, menstrual cycle, feelings and stressors. This will allow me to develop a custom plan that is specific and individualized for your lifestyle. A second assessment known as the Nutri-Systems Profile (NSP) Form, looks at each body system, rating symptoms connected to each system. This helps to identify imbalances that may be contributing to your main health concerns. These are completed prior to our initial appointment.
Step 2 - Develop a Custom Plans
After completing the assessment we will have our initial appointment. After our initial appointment I will develop a plan tailored to your goals and imbalances. Along with your goals and timelines, your plan will include an analysis of body system imbalances, recommendations on specific nutrients, supportive natural supplements, stress management and supportive lifestyle adjustments. I will include a 3-5 day meal plan, with recipes and grocery shopping lists. I will ensure that you understand where your specific weaknesses are, why they exist, and what the plan is to support each system.
Step 3 - Ongoing Support
This is your plan and you can implement it at your own pace. I will be with you along the way with encouragement and motivational support. I will be available to answer any questions, clarify anything that is unclear, and celebrating each milestone in your journey to optimal health. We will have several check-in points along the way to ensure your continued success. Each package has specific timelines, check-ins, and follow-up consultations.
